THE SPACE
This luxury, beach villa condo is your airy oceanside getaway with sweeping turquoise green views that calm the spirit. Within Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina, its location is the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

Sleep without a care on the king-sized memory foam mattress in your top floor suite, cooled by a ceiling fan in addition to central air. Wake up to the sweeping panorama from the master suite balcony. Upstairs TV offers streaming services and Bluetooth audio connection. Enjoy your en suite bath with fully tiled shower, double sinks, and beautiful tile floor. Even the full size washer & dryer make your stay care-free and more convenient.

An additional full bath on the first floor is easily accessible from the main living area and provides space for additional guests. The living room sofa bed sleeps two more upon request. Our kitchen boasts white cabinets, solid stone countertops, under-counter sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and built-in microwave, as well as a four-burner electric cooktop. A drip coffee maker with K-cup brewer, blender, toaster oven and traditional toaster are also provided.

The open design of this Villa suite provides unobstructed views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea kissing the white sands of Sapphire Beach whether you’re waking up in the king-sized bed, pouring coffee in the kitchen, lounging on the couch, or sitting out on one of two balconies, listening to the waves lap the shore! Consider an easy visit to St. John, and several British Virgin Islands that enhance the horizon.

Slide open the balcony doors to create your own indoor/outdoor living space and bask in the panoramic view. Open the front door as well to take advantage of fresh easterly breezes passing through. Seating at the kitchen peninsula is a comfortable work or dining area, and premium cable channels are provided downstairs, as well as multiple streaming services available for personal login.

Our building generator gives peace of mind, because it kicks on in just ten seconds or less when the island’s (WAPA) power grid goes down and could support us for a couple of days if need be. We haven’t seen a WAPA outage last longer than several hours ourselves.

GUEST ACCESS
Sapphire Beach Resort has everything we could possibly want if we're in the mood to stay in for the day or the week. We especially enjoy volleyball, snorkeling, Beach Buzz breakfasts, and sunrises at the pool here. At the same time, it's just a 5-min drive to Red Hook, a 20-min ferry to St. John, or a 20-min drive to Charlotte Amalie if we want to to get out and about. It hardly gets better!

The Marina:
is also just steps down the beach, where you can rent boats or book charters for snorkeling and exploring the beaches of St. John or the BVIs. Rent jet-skis, go parasailing, and try other watersports! Local bonus: boats returning to the marina at dusk may sell their fresh catch to you.

The On-Site Coin Laundry Room:
is in the module to the left (north side) of the marina, should you want it in addition to the full-sized washer & dryer in your condo for any reason. Tokens for washer/dryer, and detergent, can be purchased 7:30am-3:00pm in the Dockmaster’s Office, next door in the same module.

In our experience, tokens cost $4 each; cost is one token to wash and wash betaken to dry. Washer takes 35 min, and dryer takes 45 min. All of this is subject to change at resort management’s discretion.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Remember, we own two condos just below on the 2nd floor, Tropical Tide & Ocean Breeze. If you're traveling with friends, rent all three condos in building B to sleep up to 8, allowing you to stay close and still maintain privacy when you choose and simplify by working with a single host rather than several.

Add Tranquil Shores, on the ground floor of building D right by the pool, for a total of 12 guests between all 4 condos!
