At the Wattkieker vacation rental in Haus Nordenlicht, a cozy getaway for up to two people awaits you in a 45 m² space—ideal if you love being close to the North Sea and value tasteful furnishings. This bright two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level and is designated as a non-smoking accommodation. From the living area, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful ocean view that really showcases the beach and the water. Thanks to Wi-Fi and TV (satellite, digital), you’ll stay connected even while on vacation, allowing you to unwind after a day at the beach.<br><br>The living and dining area is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table and flows seamlessly into an open kitchen. Here you’ll find, among other things, an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—making it easy to prepare breakfast, light snacks, or even dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Another convenient feature is the shared use of a washing machine and dryer. For added convenience, a vacuum cleaner, storage space, and a shoe cabinet are provided; there’s also a coat rack and a laundry cabinet with drying racks.<br><br>The bathroom, which includes a toilet, is equipped with a shower (with a tub) and rounds out the living comfort. A hair dryer is also provided. The accommodations are also well-suited for families: children are welcome, and a crib is available. Bicycles or gear can be stored out of sight thanks to the privacy screens on the windows and the available storage, while the patio furniture and terrace offer a pleasant spot for quiet moments in the fresh air.<br><br>The location is particularly convenient: the beach is only about 50 m away, and the ocean is also just about 50 m away. Shopping options are about 100 m away, as are restaurants. Public transportation and the ferry are each about 100 m away. Der direkte Blick auf die Nordsee und die grosse Terrasse in L-Form hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und auch die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in der Nähe des Fähranlegers befindet, war es eine himmlische Ruhe, die wir sehr genossen haben. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Man hat kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zum Schoppen, zu den Lokalitäten und zur Apotheke.

Sowohl Buchung, Informationsfluss und Sauberkeit der Wohnung Wattkieker waren mustergültig. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Das liegt auch daran, dass Sie, Herr Witt, immer ansprechbar und erreichbar waren. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Safe und Zahlencode ist klasse, so konnten wir sogar vor 14 Uhr ins Appartement. Danke dafür! Zudem hat die Wohnung sehr durch das neue Bett und das neue Arrangement gewonnen: Fernseher ins Wohnzimmer, der grosse Schrank aus dem Wohnzimmer raus - perfekt.

Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten, ist 2023 noch schöner geworden: Der Fernseher ist nun im Wohnzimmer, das Bett ist neu! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung: Top Lage, hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort, picobello sauber und Blick aufs Meer. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Statt des auf den Fotos abgebildetes Sofas musste es als unbequemes Bett genutzt werden. Der Fernseher befindet sich im Schlafzimmer und nur auf 2 unbequemen Stühlen sitzend konnten wir Fernsehen. Die abgebildeten Fotos entsprechen keineswegs der Realität.Man kann von Prospekbetrug reden.In Anbetracht des Reisepreises sehr enttäuschend.

Wohnung war schön und entsprach den Fotos.

Im Herbst sehr schön, da man immer den Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Ein bisschen schade fand ich, dass es keine Gästemappe gab- alles online… Die teilweise sonnige Terrasse ist ein wenig abgeblättert… die Wohnung aber schön und gepflegt.
