The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and a relaxing, private retreat after a day in the sun. A second bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with full-size bunk beds and a third trundle bed. The living room adds even more flexibility with a comfortable sofa bed.

THINGS TO KNOW - READ CAREFULLY:
* Cleaning is included in the price.
* This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit and building. An outside smoking area is provided.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This condo does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is a $75 resort fee (per week of stay) paid to directly to the Braemar Towers at check-in. Fee is paid by check or with credit card.
* This condo has two parking spots: a private one under the building and a pass for a second one in the general lot.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Braemar is an elevator building. Luggage carts are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day weekend and the weekend *after* Labor Day.
* We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.
* The Braemar is a beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 131st street.
* The unit will contain some supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Supplies may not last all week.
* Guests will need to supply sheets, towels, and bath supplies. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for $150 and would be delivered to the condo on the day of your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling maximum occupancy of the condo.
*The property rents Saturday to Saturday, except Labor Day weekend where a three night stay is offered.

A third floor unit is the perfect height to look out onto the beach. Go much higher and parents worry about kids on the porch and the views are more likely to be of unattractive rooftops.
