[Notes on Pets and Parking]

* 2 dogs are allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dogs at the time of booking. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s. Any damage caused by the dog/s will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property. All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of.
* $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee will apply- dogs only
* Parking for up to 7 vehicles
* STRICT Vehicle weight limit of 4,000lbs per axle to cross the bridge to enter the home. There are no additional parking options available so vehicles exceeding this weight limit are not welcome. Common vehicles exceeding this limit are 2500 Pickup trucks, luxury trim packages on large SUVs

* Early check-ins/Late check-outs: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available at this property given the level of care it requires between guests to ensure it is up to our cleanliness standards
* $1000 refundable security deposit required for each reservation
