This brand-new semi-detached house (completion in 2022) offers well-thought-out comfort and a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. For the interior design, we drew inspiration from the modern Scandinavian style that defines us and blends seamlessly with the landscape in which the house is nestled.
Maritime, authentic elements are integrated into the home without ever feeling kitschy. A few select pieces of furniture stem from our lives as coastal dwellers—from our past as “coastal kids”—and are therefore part of our identity. Calm, natural colors characterize this cozy yet modern home.
The terrace, featuring a beach chair, garden table, and a Thüros charcoal grill, invites you to linger and relax after excursions and bike rides—or even to enjoy breakfast there. The house features two full bedrooms for four adults and a converted attic, accessible from one of the bedrooms via a spiral staircase and comfortably furnished for two teenagers. Located in a quiet area on the Szczecin Lagoon, this 62 m² tastefully furnished semi-detached house also offers satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Electric cars can be charged using an electric charging station/wall box. Please bring your own charging cable! The house features a Finnish sauna for two to three people and a fireplace. Amateur chefs will also find plenty to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, an oven, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
One bedroom features a double bed, a closed-door closet, and a dresser. Another bedroom has two single beds and an open closet. The single beds can also be arranged as a double bed upon request. The bathroom on the first floor features a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a vanity with a mirror. The “guest bathroom” on the first floor is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. After a sauna session, enjoy the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove and unwind with a warming cup of tea or a glass of wine.
Whether you’re planning a longer family vacation or a short trip to the island of Usedom, this vacation rental invites you to spend a pleasant and relaxing time on the Baltic Sea. On clear nights, the starry sky is magnificent and cannot be compared to the city skyline. The silence of the night guarantees an undisturbed night’s sleep.

Surrounded by nature yet close to town: in just 8 km, you’ll reach the imperial seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin with their gorgeous, fine-sand Baltic Sea beaches.
“Min Droom” is located in a small pine forest in the heart of a quiet vacation village, within the Usedom Nature Park with its forests, meadows, and lakes—about 8 km from the hustle and bustle of the imperial seaside resorts, yet right on the coast of the Szczecin Lagoon. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the cliffs. Once there, you can enjoy the view of the water, either from one of the park benches or on a leisurely stroll along the coast.
The neighboring village of Korswandt is just 3 km away. It is known for its large “Baltic Hills” golf course and a beautiful swimming lake. This lake, the “Wolgastsee,” is romantically nestled among magnificent deciduous trees, inviting benches, and hiking trails. A boat dock with pedal boat and rowboat rentals, along with a small swimming beach, ensures a wonderful vacation. For a quick bite, the snack bar by the lake offers a good selection, and for foodies, we recommend the restaurant at “Idyll am Wolgastsee.”
The fishing village of Zirchow is characterized by its new thatched-roof houses, modeled after the old fishermen’s cottages. Within walking distance, you’ll find a restaurant, bike rentals, pedal car rentals, skydiving opportunities, and sightseeing flights. In the summer, the fishing village offers a bread roll delivery service. The nearest ATM is located in the town of Zirchow.
Zirchow is connected to the island’s bike path. From there, you can reach all the towns with many highlights waiting to be discovered, such as a small cheese dairy offering tastings and a glass of red wine to go with raclette. Take a trip to Stolpe Castle with its fine restaurant, “Remise.” Cross Lake Usedom on a ferry rowboat; visit the museum in Peenemünde; explore the quiet and elegant seaside resorts on the German side; and enjoy the lively and trendy beach promenade in Swinemünde on the Polish side, with its many great restaurants.
