The apartment is easily accessible by elevator or, alternatively, via the staircase.

The bright living area invites you to linger with a cozy sofa and a separate dining area. From the first hallway, you’ll find the inviting, fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—ideal for self-catering. Through the second hallway, you’ll reach the two bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and spacious closets—perfect for a restful night’s sleep and ample storage space.

Of course, the apartment also includes a reserved parking space right next to the building, which is included in the rental price. Shopping, restaurants, Döser Beach, and the Wadden Sea are all just a few minutes away.

The Strandnixe apartment building is located just about 100 meters from the popular Döse sandy beach—ideal for beachgoers, families, and active vacationers. This well-maintained, 4-story building offers comfortably furnished vacation apartments, all of which are easily accessible by elevator.

Each apartment features spacious layouts, modern furnishings, and a large balcony. High-quality beds and a well-thought-out layout ensure restful nights and relaxing vacation days.

A washing machine and dryer are available for general use in the building (for a fee). You can store your bicycles safely in the bicycle storage room. Numbered parking spaces for our guests are located directly in front of the building.

The surrounding area offers plenty of recreational activities for all ages: The “Spielkogge” at the Döse Beach House, the spa park with its free animal enclosure and large adventure playground, and the heated seawater outdoor pool are all within walking distance.
