(F2) This is an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are large with one queen bed and 2 full size beds. There is also a futon sleeper in the livingroom. This comes with a full kitchen with dishes, pans, and silverware, and a large bathroom. This includes a large washer & dryer in the apartment and is only 3 minutes from Syracuse University and downtown.

This comes with clean spacious bedrooms that have queen beds in them, a large bathroom. The kitchen is set up with everything you need for cooking. Just bring food.

Guest can use the large parking area, and the yard and grill.

Syracuse University living. Close to downtown Syracuse and the Destiny USA mall. This is an ideal location to experience the heart of Syracuse, from SU shopping on Marshal st, or the Destiny USA mall. There is a very diverse restaurant restaurants to choose from.

Syracuse is a big college town and has a very diverse population. You can experience foods from all over the world. This is also minutes from beautiful parks and beaches like Green lakes, and Jamesville beach. If you like to hike, check out Clark Reservation. The land formations are amazing. Destiny USA is the 6th largest mall in America. it has many attractions that would take days to experience.

This is on the regular bus root for convenience. Uber, Lift, and Taxi are available. Free off street parking for your car.
Also Syracuse has electronic pedal assist bike sharing stations throughout the city.

If you want to rent a car you have many options close by. Some will pick you up.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway side by side.
Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
