Welcome! This cozy 2 bedroom / 1 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood plotted nicely between Nashville Intl Airport (BNA) and Downtown Nashville. Just 4 miles away from the Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, trendy East Nashville, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena & lots of great restaurants. Or, hop on Briley Pkwy to head over to the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, and Opry Mills Mall all of which are less than 5 miles away.

This home is kept professionally cleaned and equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! We try to fit everyone`s tastes and needs the best we can. There are two brand new Ashley Sierra sleep mattresses (one soft and one firm) as well as a super comfy sectional couch and an additional full size couch as well. The home also includes High Speed internet & WiFi. Smart TV and Roku, Keurig, plenty of clean towels, bath cloths, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc.

**The fence in the backyard was removed due to some damage to it caused by the weather. :/

We understand that travel can be challenging so we have an electronic door lock on the front door in case we can`t be there so our guests can check in whenever needed. There is plenty of space to park up to 3 cars in the driveway. But, if you don`t have a car, no problem. It is only a short / inexpensive Uber or Taxi ride from the airport to the house then anywhere else you want to go.

We are located only a few miles from the home and are readily available when needed. Also, we are happy to help with recommendations on places to visit.

The neighborhood is a nice quiet place with mostly families living there with easy access in and out. Please be respectful of your surroundings as they will be respectful to you. Also, there are several grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies close by just in case you forget your toothbrush! :)

There is plenty of parking at the home if you have a car/s with easy access in and out of the neighborhood. No car, no worries! There are a lot of options for getting around in town - Uber, Cabs/Taxis, Bus etc. Personally, I prefer the Uber app, you can get to most all the attractions the city has to offer for less than $10 using Uber.
