This comfortable, beachfront ground-floor apartment in the "Sir Henry" building, with 65 m² of living space, is perfect for up to 4 people—and your dog is welcome, too. You can park your car in the private parking space right in front of the building.

The apartment features two large, separate bedrooms with double beds. A crib can also be provided upon request. The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a separate dining area. In the bright living room, a large, cozy couch invites you to relax. You’ll also have access to a 65-inch Smart TV with Magenta TV, Netflix, and Disney+.

A highlight of the apartment is the furnished, south-facing terrace, complete with a grill for relaxing in the fresh air.

You’re welcome to bring your dog to this apartment. There is also a storage room with a washing machine available in the stairwell.


Complex:

The “Sir Henry” complex consists of three townhouses and two vacation apartments for 4–6 people and is located on a quiet street near the large parking lot in Grömitz. Both the apartments and the townhouses have a balcony or terrace and are modernly furnished. The beach and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the shared shed.

Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the left side of the building and can also be used together as one large unit.

The townhouses A (adjacent to Apartment 1 on the first floor), B (in the middle), and C (end unit) have terraces that are next to each other.
