Here you’ll find a modern apartment designed with great attention to detail. Here, you’ll enjoy a comfortable vacation across 88 square meters, spread over 2 floors, with 3 sleeping areas featuring standard beds.
From the living and dining area with kitchen, you can step out onto the terrace. A beach chair and a cozy seating area in the garden provide a place to relax. On the lower level, you’ll find the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. (Washing machine and dryer in the common area available for a fee).

A quick tour of the apartment:
On the first floor, the hallway with a coat closet leads to the first bedroom, which features a double bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a pull-out single bed (IKEA Hemnes), a wardrobe, and a small desk. Plenty of storage space and closets in both bedrooms.
There’s also a large bathroom on the first floor with a shower, double sinks, and a large window. Another small bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor.
Everything you need is provided in the bright and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen, featuring a counter and bar stools, is fully equipped. An oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, pots, and other essentials are provided. You’ll have everything you need.
The cozy sofa area offers plenty of space. It features satellite TV as well as good lighting for reading.
The extendable dining table offers enough space for everyone.
The third bedroom, located in the basement, features a box-spring bed for two people. A closet is also provided here. From the bedroom, you can access the third bathroom directly. Large windows in the bedroom and bathroom create a pleasantly bright atmosphere.
In the basement, there is a second entrance that leads to the stairwell with an elevator. There is also a large closet.
