Quietly located on the outskirts, it is the perfect location to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy nature in immediate vicinity. The beautiful Riessersee can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the Kreuzeckbahn. Our apartment "großa Waxlstoa" presents itself bright and friendly, on around 50 square meters up to 4 people can be accommodated. The spacious living and dining area are split up quiet cleverly. On the left side of the room there is a dining table with seating for 4 people, the right side has a comfortable sofa and is euqipped with a TV. The sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed in just a few simple steps and offers the perfect place to retreat to admire the breathtaking mountain range. Kept in a warm wood style, there is also a kitchen in the living and dining area. This comes with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as a stovetop, an oven and a dishwasher. Smaller dishes in particular can perfectly be prepared here. Get your camera out! An astounding view of the surrounding mountain range awaits you from the two balconies and ensures a wonderful vacation feeling. You will remember the unobstructed mountain view for a long time. The bedroom, which offers absolute comfort thanks to the chic wooden look, is equipped with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a spacious wardrobe. Here, too, you will find direct access to the balcony and can already secure a portion of sunshine in the morning and enough fresh air to start the day. The bedroom also gives access to the bathroom, which has a large shower, a toilet, a shower and of course a mirror.
