You’ll be staying in a 2-room duplex apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, with 62 m² of living space. On the 3rd floor, there’s a large, bright living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed and satellite TV (flat-screen). There is a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a large furnished rooftop terrace, a separate guest restroom, and a storage room. On the open-concept loft level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV (flat-screen), as well as a bathroom with natural light and a large shower.

The Hohe Lith residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
