Stay and enjoy life on Lake Maggiore in a park laid out more than a century ago by Prince Pietro Troubetzkoy. Absolutely prime location. Rare trees and plants from all over the world were gathered here at that time: Japanese medlar, California false cypress, incense cedar, ginkgo trees, Japanese camellias, Atlas cedar, the rare blue palm, and Japanese maple. The careful restoration and maintenance of the existing flora transform the park into a botanical garden of unique beauty. The estate, covering an area of approximately 8 hectares, stretches across a south-east-facing slope.
The Villa Ada Troubetzkoy residence offers exclusive living, relaxation, and sports in a Novecento-style setting. All apartments feature unobstructed views of Lake Maggiore and the park. The façade design incorporates stylistic elements of Piedmontese architecture. Facing due south is a beautiful pool with a children’s pool and massage jets (open from approximately early June to early September, weather permitting), as well as a private beach. Two tennis courts and a wetland biotope complete the property. Pets are not allowed. In this incomparably beautiful complex, you can choose from apartments of various sizes.
