Inside, you've got your own private bedroom and a real kitchen to cook in — not just a kitchenette — making Casita 1 an easy, comfortable base for exploring restaurants, beach clubs, and the island's natural beauty just beyond your door.

With over 19 years of hospitality experience, our local team is available daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with online guest support through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.

Valentina Holbox is located halfway between the town center and Punta Cocos — a 15-minute beach walk to either one. There's a store just one block away, plus several restaurants and beach clubs nearby. The beach itself is about 30 seconds away, just a short block from your door.

Your casita is private, just for you and your guests. You'll also have access to our shared garden with hammocks and shade, through a coded entrance to the compound.

While many new developments clear Holbox's mangroves and trees, we chose a different path. Valentina Holbox is built smaller and slower, blending into the island's natural beauty rather than replacing it — from our rainwater collection system to our light environmental footprint. Step outside into our shared garden, filled with lush trees, local wildlife, and shaded hammocks, or enjoy your own private patio for meals or morning coffee.

Space & Amenities:
Bedroom: Queen-size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, open closet shelving for longer stays, safe box, iron, and hairdryer.
Full Kitchen: A real kitchen for cooking, not just reheating — with a stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need. Stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and purified water.

Work & Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi — ideal for remote work or streaming.

Outdoor Living: Private patio and access to the shared garden.

Important: Neighboring construction takes place Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Noise may be audible in outdoor areas and at times inside the casita. Our rates reflect this. Many guests still find it a peaceful, nature-focused stay — especially evenings, nights, and Sundays, when the island is at its quietest.

The island can be explored by bike, golf cart, taxi, or on foot. Bike and golf cart rentals are available from several nearby providers.

Please confirm your total guest count for accurate pricing. Electricity and phone service can occasionally be inconsistent on the island, typically returning within a few hours. After rain, sandy streets may flood — walking along the beach is usually the easier, prettier route into town.
