From the centrally located vacation home No. 59, the parking lot, playground, restaurant, and administration office are all just a short walk away. You can drive right up to the house to load and unload your luggage. The vacation home has 64 m² of living space: kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It accommodates 4 people. If needed, the living room couch can be converted into an additional sleeping area. All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature laminate or tile flooring. The terrace faces south and borders a large green space.

In the living-dining room
, a comfortable seating area with a sleeper sofa invites you to relax. For your entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, as well as a small home library and games for the whole family.

The kitchen
is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and cookware, silverware, and all standard kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1
features a double bed and a spacious closet, as well as direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2
is equipped with two single beds, a closet, and a radio/CD player.

Resort: For the comfort of all guests, the car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
