Our small vacation home, measuring approximately 64 m², stands out for its particularly beautiful location with unobstructed views. The terrace faces southeast and is fully furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.

This corner townhouse is located in a quiet, outlying area of the vacation village, facing southeast with views across meadows and mountains. It can accommodate up to 5 people. There are 7 steps leading up to the house. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Kitchen (tile floor) 
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove (ceramic cooktop) with range hood, oven, dishwasher, freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.

Living/Dining Room (Laminate Flooring)
Fully furnished living room with a cozy sofa set. The sofa can be folded out to accommodate a 5th guest. A flat-screen TV and radio are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your patio. You’re welcome to barbecue using your own grill. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Bedroom 1 (laminate flooring)
This bedroom features a double bed and a closet. You also have access to the terrace from this room.

Bedroom 2 (laminate flooring)
This room features a bunk bed, a single bed, a desk, and a closet.

Bathroom
The bright bathroom with natural light has a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.

Terrace
The south-facing terrace is furnished with a garden table and 5 chairs, as well as two lounge chairs. An awning is available.

Resort: For the benefit of all guests, the car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The activities available in Lechbruck am See range from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course at Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain landscape of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape into a winter wonderland, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
