From your sunny south-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view.<br><br>Our large vacation home, measuring approximately 86 m², stands out for its particularly beautiful location with mountain views and its family-friendly amenities. The spacious terrace faces south, offering a breathtaking view across the lake to the Alpine panorama. A table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a grill, and a large umbrella invite you to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Thanks to our home’s particularly secluded location, the large terrace, living room, and master bedroom are well-protected from prying eyes.<br><br>Layout:<br><br>• three bedrooms, each with 2 beds: One bedroom is furnished with a 180-cm-wide double bed, one with a single bed and a 140-cm-wide double bed, and the third with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and blackout pleated blinds.<br><br>• The cozy living and dining room offers plenty of space for 6 people, and we’ve equipped it with all sorts of entertainment options: a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and plenty of reading material for adults, but especially for children and teens. The large bedroom<br> also features a flat-screen TV.<br><br>• The outlets next to each bed and the outlet by the dining area each have two USB ports. This means you don’t need a power adapter at these locations for your smartphone or any other device that charges via USB.<br><br>• In addition to the free vacation village Wi-Fi, our house has its own free Wi-Fi network. This ensures you can stay connected to the outside world.<br><br>• The bookshelf also features an extensive MOSAIK collection (Abrafaxe and Anna, Bella & Caramella).<br><br>• We have completely and tastefully renovated the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a guest restroom in the house<br><br>• The bedrooms feature high-quality laminate flooring, and the living room is tiled.<br><br>• The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, as well as an electric stove, oven, and refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. A microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also standard in our home. You’ll find plenty of dishes and pots <br> and all common cooking utensils in our kitchen. For a cozy evening, there’s also an electric fondue pot with all the accessories in the cabinet.<br><br>• In the large covered entrance area, you can store bicycles, skis, sleds, hiking boots, or other sports equipment out of the rain.<br><br>Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run to let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee).
