A lovely guesthouse for families.<br>This beautiful guesthouse, featuring 5 vacation apartments and a common room, is located next to a farm in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows and forests in Lechbruck-Gründl. The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See is just a 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and a wide range of activities.<br><br>The comfortably furnished vacation apartment No. 4 has approximately 60 square meters of living space with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 double bed + 1 single bed).<br>One of the bedrooms has 3 low beds, which are not suitable for frail or elderly guests.<br><br>There is 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br><br>The living/dining room features a couch, TV, radio, a kitchenette, and a dining area.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes. A lovely south-facing balcony with seating invites you to relax.<br><br>Meals: Self-catering<br><br>One pet is allowed in this apartment!<br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. In the interest of future guests, we ask that you smoke only on the balcony.<br>Complex:<br>There are a total of 5 cozy and lovingly furnished vacation apartments.<br>For our younger guests, there is a playground with equipment such as a garden swing and a sandbox. <br>In the basement of the annex, there is a common room (without a kitchen) that guests are welcome to use.<br><br>Parking is available on-site.<br><br>Recreational Activities: <br> Activities in Lechbruck am See range from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.<br><br>Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain world of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers.<br>Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town.<br><br>Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.<br><br>The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 20-minute drive from Lechbruck.<br><br>The Ponyhof-Prem (just a 5-minute walk away) offers horseback riding tours for children ages 5–14 and cross-country rides for guests weighing up to 80 kg.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Dog: 9.33 EUR per night
