Apartment Amselnest (66sqm) with terrace

This bright and quiet 3-4-room apartment offers living space of 66 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen, with its dining area and living room, invites you to relax. The apartment features two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, rounds out the apartment. The apartment is accessible without any steps. You can spend relaxing hours on the terrace, which is perfect for outdoor seating and barbecuing. The apartment is located on the first floor and remains pleasantly cool even during the hot summer months. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher is provided. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are also available for use. The bathroom and flooring are brand new. Care was taken to use eco-friendly materials. The shower is walk-in. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe (contactless check-in). We’ll be happy to email you the code for the key safe shortly before your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental. A travel crib for toddlers (ages 0–2) is available upon request. There are 6 charging stations for e-bikes and 2 charging stations (Type 2) for electric cars available for a fee. There is no TV.
