*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the lower floor unit, but there are no shared spaces. You might hear some sounds from neighboring guests.



*. Camera Disclosure: There are 2 security cameras installed along the path to the backyard and in the backyard shed. No cameras are placed in private spaces.



* Step Disclosure: Our unit entrance is in the back of the house. There are more than 15 steps in front of the house to get access to the entrance. Elders with knee challenges should be aware.



*. Parking Disclosure: Free street parking is easily available - you may park anywhere on the street during your stay.



* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room and wall heater for every room. No AC in the 2 bedrooms.



• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.



*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
