Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
This apartment is great for group trips! We were a group of six and were able to make the space work quite well for us. The highlight was the kitchen. There is lots of fridge space and plenty of common items required for cooking. Our group cooked dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen to save money during our trip. It was also beautiful to hear the birds singing in the morning outside the window. We were attending an event at Uni Graz, and the 20 minute walk was quite pleasant. The nearby Jakominiplatz transit hub can get you quickly to the train station. And the grocery stores Billa and Spar are conveniently close by. Keep in mind that the front door opens out directly to a busy street, so sometimes there is a little bit of pedestrian and traffic noise. With 6 people taking showers everyday, it was kind of challenging to keep the restroom floor dry (don't forget sandals!). Also, what was designed as common areas in this apartment are now flex rooms, so just make sure your group is comfortable with compromising a bit of privacy (for example: you need to pass through one of the rooms to access the kitchen). As long as all of your group companions has a good rapport, you are all looking to save money, and you all enjoy taking city walks, this apartment will be great for you!
