"Nah am Diek" vacation rental for up to 5 people. (2 adults and 3 children plus 1 crib in the master bedroom)

A charge of 50 cents per kilowatt-hour applies for the use of outdoor amenities such as the wallbox, sauna, solarium, and/or space heater.
Use the outdoor showers only to cool off (no shampoo or soap allowed)
Year-round pool with pool heating (approx. 18 degrees during the winter)
Important information regarding the use of the shared pool!!!
Use of the pool and the entire pool area is at your own risk.
The renter agrees to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe use of the pool and pool area for themselves and their family.

Children under 10 years of age and non-swimmers may only use the pool with appropriate flotation devices.
Children over 10 years of age who can swim well without flotation devices must be in the pool area in groups of at least two.
“Children may only be in the pool area under adult supervision.”

"The renter agrees to assume full responsibility for themselves and their family; otherwise, they are prohibited from using the pool and pool area."
The landlord disclaims all liability in this regard.

The city center, restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, and the North Sea-Baltic Canal are approx. 1.5 km away on foot

The apartment is 86 square meters in size and features 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. It is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance via a staircase. A covered “pavilion” with a seating area and a grill is also included.

Towels and bed linens are provided for each guest.
Final cleaning is included in the total price.
