Relax in our spacious, freshly updated, and high-tech apartment offering a magnificent, 3-sided panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the city of Split! We are located just a short walk from the newly renovated Žnjan beach — the largest and most beautiful beach area in town.

We’ve recently refreshed the apartment so it feels cleaner and more welcoming than ever. Slip on your flip-flops, and in just a few minutes, you can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear sea.

The space
Our "T-Star Apartment" is carefully designed to provide maximum comfort, combining cozy living with modern "Smart Home" features.
❄️ FULL CLIMATE CONTROL: Most importantly for warm summer days, the entire apartment is fully air-conditioned, with 3 independent AC units (living room + both bedrooms)!
🛋 Living & Dining Area: A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room flows into a comfortable living room. Relax on the big couch, enjoy the 50” LG TV mounted above a modern IKEA Besta floating console.
☕ Coffee Station: Start your morning right! We provide a Dolce Gusto machine with a selection of capsules (Barista, Cortado, and Decaf).
🛏 Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable King-sized bed, two large closets, a brand-new 55” Philips wall-mounted TV, and an elegant new vanity desk that doubles as a workspace. Wake up to the sound of crickets and a direct view of the sea from your bed!
🏋️ Second Bedroom & Mini-Gym: Includes a single bed, closet, and a workspace. It also hides a fantastic bonus: workout equipment (mat and free weights) stored in the drawers! From here, you have direct access to the balcony.
💻 Perfect for Remote Work: Digital nomads, we’ve got you covered! Enjoy seamless video calls with our ultra-fast 1 Gbps fiber-optic internet. We provide three workspaces (desk in each bedroom + living room) and an extra 27” monitor for your convenience.
🌅 THE Balcony: Our favorite spot! Enjoy a breathtaking 3-sided view. It features three high chairs with a removable desk for your morning coffee, and a lovely sofa for two with a wooden desk for romantic evenings.
🛁 Fully Stocked Bathroom: Pack light! We provide all hygiene products (body/hair care, female hygiene products, deodorants, and aftershave balm).
🌙 Note: All windows have traditional roller shutters for complete room blackout.

We want your stay to be carefree, so we equipped the apartment with:
Keyless Entry: Secure entry with a Yale Smart Lock via your smartphone or personal code.
Amazon Alexa: Voice-control your lights, AC, or music. Just say "Alexa..."!
Roborock S5 Max: Smart vacuum to keep the floors spotless.
🚗 Parking Info: There is a large, free public parking lot in front of the building. Since it is free, finding a spot can require patience late in the evening. Note: A new parking garage is being built nearby, and we hope to have a private spot secured soon!
