The vacation rental was renovated and refurnished in 2019/2020. From the apartment, you can enjoy an idyllic view of the Streutal valley. The modernly equipped vacation rental (60 m²) features a spacious double bedroom, a cozy, large living and dining area with a sofa bed suitable for a teenager aged 14 or older or an adult, plus up to two children (up to and including age 13). A spacious terrace of approximately 50 m², a large, modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, as well as the newly furnished kitchen offer you a comfortable setting for your vacation. The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible thanks to its direct, level-access entrance from the parking lot. The vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay in our vacation rental, we offer the following INCLUDED AMENITIES: - 1 set of bed linens - 1 set of hand and bath towels (depending on the number of guests) - Electricity, heat, and water - 2 dish towels - 1 high chair and 1 crib, if needed - Free Wi-Fi available! - The entire vacation rental features tiled floors with underfloor heating! - A locked storage area for bicycles/e-bikes and skis/snowboards is available. - NEW: A charging station with an 11 kWh charging capacity is available for our guests.
