Perfect for business travelers: Separate home office on the top floor, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and top floor of our otherwise owner-occupied semi-detached home (separate entrance), in a quiet residential area with excellent transportation links. This is a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding area—such as to the Bavarian Forest, Bayernpark, visits to historic Landshut or Regensburg, etc.—or for bike rides along the Isar River. In town itself, just a few kilometers away, there is a swimming pool (Caprima), and various ponds are also located a few kilometers away. For days with bad weather, there are indoor playgrounds for children in Dingolfing itself, in neighboring Landau/Isar, and in Landshut. In fact, there’s no shortage of playgrounds in Dingolfing! A highlight is the so-called “pirate playground,” which is also easily accessible from this apartment. Car enthusiasts can book a guided tour of the local BMW main plant. Dingolfing also offers various city tours and has a museum. Furthermore, the town is part of the Bavarian Golf and Spa Region.
The apartment itself is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase and a numeric code, through the former balcony. You’ll then find yourself in the living room, from which you can access the (separate) kitchen with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, small freezer, and oven/stove. There’s also space here for a dining table. Next to it is the bathroom with a sink, shower, bathtub, toilet, towel warmer, and heated floors. Across from it is the bedroom. In the attic, there is a separate, quiet home office/study with a desk. It is accessed via another interior spiral staircase and spans the entire floor area of the house. For fire safety reasons, it may only be used as a workspace (beds are not permitted).
Pets allowed—please note, however, that access is via an outdoor metal spiral staircase (which may not be suitable for some dogs).
