Getting Around:

Joshua Tree is best experienced at your own pace. A personal vehicle is highly recommended, allowing you to fully explore nearby trails, dining spots, and local gems with ease.



The property offers private on-site parking, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. Rideshare availability is limited, further adding to the area’s quiet, off-the-grid charm.

🌵 Desert Living

Welcome to the beauty of the desert! As this is a true desert property, you may encounter natural elements such as dust, wind, insects, and local wildlife. These are all part of the unique landscape and authentic desert experience.



🏡 Peaceful Desert Neighborhood

The home is located within a quiet residential desert community. While the 2.5-acre property offers exceptional privacy, please note that it is not completely isolated.



🧻 Starter Supplies

We want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive! 💙 To help you get settled, we provide a complimentary starter supply of everyday essentials, including:

🧻 Toilet paper

🧻 Paper towels

🗑️ Trash bags

🧼 Dish soap

🧴 Hand soap

✨ A few other household necessities



These starter supplies are intended to help you through the beginning of your stay. Since every group's needs and usage vary—especially in larger homes—we're unable to provide unlimited quantities. If you happen to run out during your visit, we kindly ask that you purchase any additional supplies you may need for the remainder of your stay.



🛡️ Damage Protection

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our secure third-party system prior to arrival.



Guests may choose either:

💳 $1,000 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold only—not a charge—and released approximately 7 business days after checkout following a damage-free inspection), or

🛡️ Non-refundable damage waiver of $150 per night (maximum $299 per reservation), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

🤫 Quiet Hours (San Bernardino County Ordinance)



To help preserve the peaceful desert setting for everyone, San Bernardino County enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



During this time, please refrain from:

🔊 Amplified music

🎉 Outdoor gatherings

📢 Loud conversations or excessive noise, especially outdoors where sound travels easily



The County operates a 24/7 neighbor complaint line, and verified noise violations may result in fines ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. These fines are established and enforced by the County—not by us—and, in accordance with the rental agreement, are the responsibility of the guest.



The peaceful evenings are one of the best parts of staying here, and we truly appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood quiet for everyone. 💙



🚗 Parking (County Requirement)

All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.



🚫 No street parking is permitted under any circumstances.

As with noise violations, any parking fines issued by the County will be passed directly to the responsible guest.

Relax and unwind in your private outdoor oasis!



♨️ Hot Tub

Hot tub heating is included with every stay.



🏊 Heated Pool

Pool heating is available with advance notice (48 hours prior to arrival).



Heating Rates:

☀️ May–September: $180/day

❄️ October–April: $250/day



Late requests may incur additional charges.



For everyone's safety:

🚫 No diving

🥤 No glass containers near the pool

👨‍👩‍👧 Anyone under 18 must always be supervised by a parent or guardian



Guests assume responsibility for their own safety while using the pool and spa.



🧹 Pool service takes place every Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.



🐾 Pets Welcome

We love welcoming your furry family members! 🐶



🐕 Dogs only (maximum 2)

💲 $200 for the first dog

💲 $175 for the second dog

📝 Please include your pets in your reservation before arrival.



Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergy considerations.



Because this is a desert environment:

🌵 Please supervise pets outdoors at all times.

🦂 Desert plants, cacti, and local wildlife can pose hazards.

🚫 Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.



Guests are fully responsible for their pets throughout their stay.

Unapproved late departures may incur:
