-Bedrooms: You’ll find four amazing beds across three bedroom offering plenty of space for everyone to sleep in comfort. We also have a Pack ‘n Play available for little ones. A queen air mattress is available should you bring an extra guest.
-Bathrooms: Two bathrooms make getting ready a breeze for your entire group.
In addition to the main living areas, the basement suite serves as another great common space, perfect for relaxation and fun! It features a game room, so you can enjoy some gaming with your friends and family during your stay.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with unique homes, this area offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Guests can enjoy a stroll through the streets, where you’ll find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and people spending time on their front porches. Its central location provides easy access to downtown, Shawnee, Overland Park, and the rest of the metro area—offering a peaceful retreat with the convenience of nearby attractions, whether you're here for business or leisure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to reach out with questions should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
