Our "lille traehus", Scandinavian for "Little Wooden House", is located in the west of the island of Rügen, not far from the Kubitzer Bodden in the small village of Dreschvitz, and is a newly built, detached holiday home modeled after Scandinavian design.
With its stylish furnishings, it offers everything for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people in a quiet location on 60 m².
The holiday home is located away from tourist hotspots in a rural location, making it a wonderful base for walks, hikes, and cycling tours.
Nevertheless, the promenades and beaches of Binz and Sellin are only about a 30-minute drive away.
Due to the location of the holiday home in the west of Rügen, your relaxation has already begun on the day of arrival, while many others are still struggling on the B96 on their way to their holiday destination :-)

In addition to hiking and cycling in the immediate vicinity, the Cape Arkona, the fishing village of Vitt, and the town of Glowe offer great destinations for a (day) trip to the north.
In an eastern direction, you will reach the well-known seaside resorts or the Sassnitz harbor, the Circus in Putbus, and the port of Lauterbach.
In a southerly direction, a visit to the small town of Altefähr on the Strelasund near the Rügen Bridge is recommended. There, for example, there is a climbing forest and a ferry connection to Stralsund (several times a day, no cars allowed), so there's no need to drive into the city by car.
Another excursion option is a ride through the old avenues to the Rügen ferry in Glewitz. From there, you can cross to the mainland and visit the city or go shopping in nearby Stralsund.
In a westerly direction, one reaches the islands of Ummanz or the town of Schaprode with the well-known farmer Schilling. From Schaprode, one can take a ferry to Hiddensee.
