Oak & Saddle is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Arlington, Texas, four minutes from AT&T Stadium. Your group has the entire home and the fenced backyard to yourselves — no shared space, no host on site.

It sleeps 8 in four real bedrooms: two with king beds, two with queen beds. Every person gets an actual bed. There are no sofa beds or air mattresses making up the headcount.

WHERE YOU ARE

AT&T Stadium is a 4-minute drive from the front door, and close enough to walk on event days if you'd rather skip the traffic and the parking lots. Globe Life Field and Texas Live! are about 5 minutes. Six Flags Over Texas is about 10. Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth are each roughly 20 minutes, and DFW Airport is under 25.

THE BACKYARD

This is the part guests mention most. The yard is fully fenced and private, with:

- A Traeger pellet grill, included at no extra charge. No rental fee, no propane run.
- A putting green
- A stone fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs
- Cornhole boards
- A covered outdoor dining table that seats all 8, under string lights

THE KITCHEN

Full-size appliances, and enough cookware, dishes, and utensils to cook and serve 8 people — which matters when you're feeding a group and don't want to eat out every night. There's a coffee bar with a Keurig Duo and a French press, and a separate cocktail station with a shaker, bar tools, and glassware. We leave a welcome snack basket for your arrival.

SLEEPING AND BATHROOMS

Four bedrooms: two kings, two queens. Two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries. The layout works well for two families sharing, or for a group that wants separate sleeping space rather than bunk rooms.

PARKING

Free driveway parking for four vehicles. On Cowboys game days and concert nights, lots near the stadium charge per car per event, so a group arriving in multiple vehicles saves a meaningful amount by parking here.

INSIDE

Spacious sectional seating in the living room, a karaoke machine, and a shelf of board games. Fast WiFi, and a washer and dryer in the house.

GETTING IN

Check-in is through a keyless smart lock any time after 3 PM, so you don't need to coordinate an arrival time or meet anyone. Checkout is 11 AM.

GOOD TO KNOW

The house sleeps 8 and we ask that groups stay at that number. No parties or events. There are exterior security cameras at the front entrance and in the backyard — none inside the house. We answer messages within an hour.
