I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. The upstairs bedrooms have some of the most unbelievably comfortable beds. While the house itself has been meticulously maintained and decorated, the real star of the home is the covered back patio and grill area. It was the perfect space to host a graduation lunch and dinner gathering. The one drawback here is that this is a single-bathroom home. We didn't find this to be a problem at all during our stay, but something to keep in mind. Otherwise, I can't recommend this property enough!
