Parking: Two tandem driveway parking spaces are available, measuring approximately 12 ft wide × 33 ft long total (about 16.5 ft per vehicle), suitable for most standard cars and SUVs. Street parking is also free and plentiful.


We do have a firm cancellation policy. We recommend that guests purchase travelers' insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

While we appreciate your interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.

There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.

We do not allow smoking inside but DO allow approved dogs in our properties. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the unit is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity. We unfortunately cannot offer any refunds based on any triggered sensitivities.

This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.
