This penthouse de luxe is located in the small village of Pichl, in the middle of the ski and holiday region of Lungau, between the well-known holiday resorts of Mauterndorf and Mariapfarr. This area is also known for its picturesque landscape and as one of the sunniest regions in Austria
Pure relaxation can be found in the private sauna/wellness room, where you can completely unwind after an active day in the mountains.

In summer, there are countless opportunities in Salzburg's Lungau to get out and about in the beautiful countryside, such as cycling or hiking. All this in a fantastically beautiful mountain landscape with numerous mountain lakes, the right place to relax!

As a winter sports enthusiast, you have plenty of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck-Speiereck is nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 kilometres of slopes it also offers enough and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! For more of a challenge, the Aineck Katschberg ski area is a 15-minute drive away. Here you will find 16 lifts and 70 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty. The longest run is the A1 with a length of 5.6 kilometres and a difference in altitude of 1,100 metres. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria.
With a wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or walks in the snow in winter or hiking, mountain biking, golfing and much more in summer, Mariapfarr has a lot to offer for young and old!
