Located in a premier gated community in Surfside Beach, SC, this newly remodeled home is perfectly positioned for both peace and play. We are just 3 minutes from Tupelo Bay Golf Center and only 17 minutes from Myrtle Beach’s major attractions.
Everything is brand new, designed so you can "travel light" while we provide the luxury—from the furniture to the high-end appliances.
The Highlight: Temperature-Controlled Sunroom & Sun Deck Climate-Controlled Sunroom: Relax in our stunning, fully climate-controlled sunroom overlooking the peaceful backyard lake. It’s the perfect, comfortable spot to watch the ducks or gather in the evening for famous South Carolina sunsets, no matter the weather.
Outdoor Living: Step out onto the deck to soak up the rays. We’ve provided a high-top table with 2 swivel bar chairs for sunset drinks, and 4 additional deck chairs.
Premium Entertainment in Every Room We’ve loaded every single TV in the house (every bedroom and both living areas!) with a massive suite of streaming services, including: Movies & Hits: HBO Max, Paramount+, Disney+, and Hulu. Live Sports: ESPN. Favorites: Peacock and Vix.

The Water: Located right next to a catch-and-release fishing lake (don't forget to bring your fishing poles) and a short ride to the community pools and beach.
Resort-Style Amenities & Sports Enjoy access to 2 Outdoor Pools with hot tub and kids splash pad area. 1 Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub. We provide Pickleball/Tennis gear, Basketball,Volleyball, Football and Soccer balls for the community courts, plus a brand-new playground and gym. We also provide a full set of Cornhole.
**House Rules & Stay Details** Check-in/out: 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM (Smart Lock entry). Golf Cart: Operators must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license. Policy: Quiet hours 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No pets allowed. Please be respectful of neighbors. *Strict maximum occupancy-no exceptions. *Guest agrees to use the Property solely for short-term residential lodging and not for commercial use, filming, parties/events, or unlawful activity. The following are strictly prohibited: Smoking, vaping, drug use or possession. Firearms or weapons. Unregistered guests or gatherings. Any unregistered guest will be asked to leave. Any activity that violates local ordinances or community HOA rules. *Primary renter must be 25+ and remain on the property for the entire stay. *5 exterior cameras monitor the property 24/7. Locations include the main entrance/driveway, carport/street, left side (wooden stairs), right side (vinyl stairs), and the shed area. Cameras are strictly outward-facing; no interior spaces are recorded or visible. Security Equipment Policy: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, all exterior cameras and Wi-Fi equipment must remain active and unobstructed at all times. Any tampering with these devices will result in immediate eviction from the premises. *Guest agrees to treat the Property with respect and shall be held liable for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees. Any maintenance issues or safety concerns must be reported to the Host immediately. Host reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required due to guest negligence.
**Note for guest** As soon as the guest checks in, either with the security guard or at the main office (600 Oceandrive Drive, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576) they will provide a hang tag that you must display at all times on the rear view mirror. Additionally, to access the automated gates and private beach parking lot with a golf cart or personal car, guests must purchase a key card for $30 (cash only) at the Oceanside Village main office. You will receive $10 back once the key card is returned at the end of your stay, and it will be mailed to you.
Guests have private access via keypad to the entire home, backyard, shed, parking for 3 cars max, (overflow parking available within walking distance) Golf cart included (Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 and must sign a waiver); for use in Oceanside Village and beach parking lot only. If used outside OSV, privileges will be revoked!) Full access to the community amenities (the fitness center requires an additional $30 per week fee, and guests must be at least 16 years old.)
Once the reservation is approve guest will receive a rental agreement that must be filled out and signed with all their personal and vehicle information so the main office can give them access to the community. This agreement must be signed within 48hrs. (This is required by the HOA)

We love that our house is located in a gated community that offers multiple amenities, beautiful ponds where you will always be able to see the wild life and the amazing sunsets 🌇. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant called Conch Cafe located in the private beach parking lot is what we like the most.

We designed this place with 'ultimate relaxation' in mind! It’s built for big dinners and even bigger memories—complete with two tables that seat 18 and double fridge space for all your cold drinks. To make your stay even easier, we’ve included a golf cart for zipping down to the ocean. When you’re not at the beach, you can hang out in the sunroom (yes, it has AC!) or whip up something delicious on the Blackstone griddle. It’s way more than just a place to crash; it’s your own private coastal sanctuary.
