- Check-in is generally available starting at 3:00 p.m. During peak check-in times, check-in may, in exceptional cases, be delayed until 5:30 p.m. If necessary, please contact the Knauff Rental Office before your arrival at 04364-9265.. We ask that you plan to check out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival, 40% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 to 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
