Extra Sleeping: One Queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa.

Grilling: Charcoal grills are not permitted. Please use only the outdoor propane grill provided with the home. For safety reasons, do not bring personal grills or outdoor cooking equipment.

Important House Notes
Pet Policy: While we love animals, this home is strictly pet-free to ensure a safe environment for guests with severe allergies.

Parking: We offer ample space for 6–8 vehicles. Please remain within this limit and drive slowly on our private residential roads.

Security: For your peace of mind and the safety of the property, external security cameras are located at key entrance points.

Winter Travel: During snowy months, the CHP and National Park Service may require snow chains. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped for mountain winter conditions.
