Excellent location, very walkable to downtown. Perfect for small groups with two bedrooms and full bath and laundry on the third floor and a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom on the second floor. Plenty of room on main floor in dining/living room and in kitchen. Cute little yard with propane fire pit. Everything clean, beds comfortable. Parking beside the house in driveway vs street parking.Excellent place to use as home base and explore St John’s and area.
