A luxury apartment near the beach. Everything is on one level. Perfect for a maximum of 2 adults. As we do not have provisions, not fit for infants. Free parking for one car. In just a few steps, you're in the dunes, the beautiful sandy beach, or the many restaurants and cozy shopping center.

A 1-minute walk to the extensive dune hiking area, a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach on the North Sea, and only a 5-minute walk to the very cozy village center. Directly opposite are beautiful tennis courts, which can be booked for €20 per hour.

Bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and tourist tax are included in the price! Parking is free on our property. Two free dune passes (only required for those over 18) for the adjacent wonderful, quiet, and relaxing North Holland dune reserve are provided. Dogs are allowed there.
Underfloor heating in winter and underfloor cooling in summer / HD digital TV and radio, free, strong Wi-Fi. For special sporting events, such as the Bundesliga, we can quickly arrange an additional channel package with our provider (for a small additional fee).

Living room/kitchen: (3.90 x 3.50 m), adjustable underfloor heating/cooling.
Large refrigerator, dishwasher, Siemens induction hob, kettle, Siemens combo oven/grill/microwave/Nespresso machine, or (above in the cupboard) coffee machine.

1 bedroom with adjustable underfloor heating/cooling and 3-speed ceiling fan.
1 double bed 2 meters long x 1.60 meters wide. The bed has a new, very comfortable mattress. Large wardrobe.

Bathroom with adjustable underfloor heating/cooling, sink with 2 large drawers / automatic mirror heating, very spacious rain shower/toilet. Automatic fan reacts to presence and humidity.

November 28th Fjoertoer Light Hike, 2nd weekend of January: Saturday mountain bike race and Sunday half marathon on weekend 2 of January. Egmond Walking Marathon on weekend 3 of January, mid-April/May, magnificent tulip fields (world-famous Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse is 40 minutes away) also nearby, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, inline skating, sailing, swimming, kitesurfing, tennis, fishing, etc. Total relaxation in a wonderful dune area! Zuiderduin Wellness Center. Directly across the street are beautiful tennis courts, which can be booked for €20 per hour.

The village is also nearby, so there are many terraces, bakeries (fresh rolls), fashion stores, supermarkets (Deka Markt, Albert Heijn), bike rentals, several hairdressers and florists, and many very diverse restaurants.
