Apartment 1.3, which features a balcony, is located on the first floor of the Hafenresidenz building. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wall-mounted TV. The spacious bathroom features a rain shower, a towel dryer, and a grab bar in the shower. The shower has a low entry threshold. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. From the living room, you can access the balcony, which faces southwest and overlooks the Gründeich and ships in the dry dock. The apartment is equipped with electric outdoor blinds and an intercom system with a camera. On the first floor of the building, you’ll find a washer and dryer (for a fee) and a storage room for bicycles. The building has an elevator.
The apartment comes with a single-car garage attached to the building. Please inquire about the dimensions to ensure your vehicle fits in the garage.
