The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the house.
We have a garage available for your bicycles. One pet (please keep it under supervision at all times inside the apartment) is allowed upon request.
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (laundry room) (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

The rates for our vacation rentals always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The Haus Hoch am Wind offers modern living at reasonable prices. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and near the beautiful family lagoon. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building; for the comfort of all guests, we ask smokers to use the balcony or terrace. In the ground-floor apartments, one pet is allowed upon request; all apartments include a parking space, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in a separate laundry room. Additional beds are available in some units for a fee.
