On the grounds of Ocean Rise, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, an outdoor shower, an elevator, a bike rack, and assigned parking.

You'll be close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks, and just a few blocks from Northside Park, where you can enjoy fireworks displays, kayak and paddleboard rentals, crabbing and fishing off the pier, a children's playground, a bike path, and special events such as Sundaes in the Park (with live entertainment for adults and children to make your own sundaes every Sunday night in July and August). A variety of great restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, and mini-golf courses are also close by as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
