The Victoria apartment complex is in a quiet yet central location, situated above the idyllic fishing and recreational boat harbor in the city of Sassnitz. The complex consists of 3 detached houses, each containing several apartments. The very well-maintained complex features an underground parking garage and a storage area for your bicycles.
The approximately 56 m² “Sonnenaufgang” apartment is located on the first floor and features a small, fully fenced-in garden area.
The entire apartment was completely renovated and modernized in November 2022. A new kitchen was installed, the bathroom was fitted with a modern shower, and the bedroom was furnished with a modern bed.
