When you aren't playing close to your stay, local attractions like Embers Island Mini Golf, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean Downs Casino, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, and Assateague State Park are all within quick driving distance. Spend the day at Assateague Island, where you can go kayaking or canoeing and see the wild horses roam free. Adorned in an effortless nautical theme, the interior of the townhome is full of sunlight. Cozy up on the living room's oversized sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Here, your favorite TV shows and movies can be streamed with ease. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. As the day begins to wind down, throw your clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresh and tune the central air-conditioning to your liking. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from the balcony. A good night's rest will follow swiftly as you tuck under the soft linens available in each of the bedrooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The indoor pool is open year-round. All the TVs in the home are Smart TVs with multiple streaming apps. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
