Thank you for your feedback. We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously, which is why we immediately investigated your concerns after they were reported. Our cabins are located on gated, private property in a very safe area, and each reservation is assigned a unique door code that is changed between every guest’s stay. The statement that we do not reset our door codes is false. We also spoke with neighboring guests, and none reported seeing or hearing anything unusual. In all the years we have hosted guests, we have never had another guest report an unauthorized entry or break-in at our property. After reviewing the circumstances, we were unable to find any evidence that anyone entered the cabin. We also found it concerning that the alleged incident, which was said to have occurred around 4:00 a.m., was not reported until the following day. Despite claiming to feel traumatized and unsafe, the guests chose to remain at the property for the remainder of their stay and never requested to check out early or be relocated. We later became aware, through another guest, that they intended to seek a refund after completing their stay. Given the lack of evidence supporting the claim and the fact that the reservation was completed without any request to leave or relocate, we stand by our findings. We remain committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for every guest and stand behind the security measures in place at our property.
