It was truly a pleasure hosting this guest and their family! Communication was excellent from the very beginning—they reached out promptly, kept us informed throughout their stay, and were always courteous and respectful. They followed all of our house rules, treated our home with great care, and left the property in wonderful condition.
We had the opportunity to stop by briefly to deliver a few additional items, and it was a pleasure meeting their mother. She was such a kind, warm, and genuinely sweet woman, and it was easy to see the wonderful family values they share. We also had the pleasure of meeting their sweet sister, who was fun, friendly, and respectful. She was the best translator. :)
As hosts, we truly appreciate guests who communicate openly, respect the property, and make the hosting experience seamless, and this family did exactly that. They were thoughtful, appreciative, and a joy to host from check-in through check-out. We are grateful they chose to stay with us and would gladly welcome them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any host looking for respectful, responsible, and communicative guests.

This property was not at all what was advertised. We planned a quick 3 night stay with our children and grandchildren. We had a total of 12 which is what the property advertises that it sleep. The property says it has a futon which is not true. There are 2 sofas in the living area (one has a chase on one end). Upstairs there is one twin bed, one king and 2 double beds. The host informed us she had air mattresses in a closet. There were 4 and the 3 we were able to blow up all had leaks in them. 2 of those were also soiled. The other air mattress could not be blown up without a pump which we could not find. The next day, the host had 3 air mattresses delivered to us from Walmart, however only one of those had a pump attached. The other 2 required a pump. My husband reached out to the host and her response was for us to go to Walmart and get one. The home was very dirty, dirt underneath furniture, fingerprints and cobwebs on walls. The washing machine did not work. The refrigerator leaked. Pots and pans have no handles. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location.

We appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide. We understand that not every stay will meet every guest's expectations, and we strive to respond promptly and professionally to any concerns brought to our attention.
Our listing boast accommodations up to 8 guests we accommodated this request at 12 guest. When the guest informed us that additional sleeping accommodations were needed, we immediately arranged for replacement air mattresses to be delivered early the following morning. Although, we have double California king beds stacked in master suite.
The delivery was completed approximately 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. We did not receive a response from Ms. Jones for approximately 12 hours after confirming the delivery. We also asked the guest to verify the Instacart order to ensure everything had been received and that they were comfortable.
When the guest later advised that two of the replacement mattresses required a pump, we informed them that Walmart is located approximately five minutes away and asked them to purchase a pump if needed, assuring them that we would fully reimburse the expense upon receipt. Our goal throughout the stay was to resolve concerns as quickly as possible rather than delay a solution.
To help make their family's stay more enjoyable, we also stocked the home with complimentary food and drinks, chocolates, bubbles, toys for the children, and other welcome items. Some of these complimentary items were not left behind at checkout; however, we chose not to raise this as an issue because our priority was ensuring the guests enjoyed their stay.
We take cleanliness very seriously. Our cleaning services are performed by a third-party cleaning service between reservations. While we inspect the property whenever possible, some maintenance or cleanliness issues may not be identified until after a guest checks in. Any concerns reported during the stay were addressed as quickly as possible.
Throughout the reservation, we maintained prompt communication and worked diligently to resolve each issue presented. While we understand the guest was disappointed, we believe our response demonstrated our commitment to customer service by providing immediate replacements, offering reimbursement for additional supplies when needed, and remaining available throughout their stay.
We recognize that it is not always possible to satisfy every expectation, particularly with changing circumstances. Nevertheless, we remain committed to providing responsive service, maintaining our property, and continuously improving the guest experience based on constructive feedback.
