This two-story home was designed for stress-free trips to the Cape, easily accessible just nine miles past the Bourne Bridge. Meet up with the Shining Sea Bikeway Northern Trailhead half a mile from your door, bring along the provided chairs and towels on beach days, and take scenic ferry trips to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole (12 miles). One of the best parts of this home is how fun it makes your time spent outdoors. Watch your kids play in the fenced backyard as you unwind on the deck with a view of the surrounding trees. There's a Weber gas grill for alfresco dining, a gas fire table on the deck, and a wood-burning Solo Stove with Adirondack chairs for nightly s'mores sessions. Inside, the house is sunny and comfortable, complete with a newly renovated kitchen, three electric fireplaces, and two living rooms with smart TVs.
