The first floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. This floor has a single room containing a double bed, a sofa, and a TV. The sofa can also be used as a sleeper sofa, and there are two extra beds available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, silverware, pots, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
If you need bicycles, you can rent them at the Eggesin Town Hall.
The house is very secluded and quiet, surrounded by meadows and trees. The Randau River, which flows directly into the Szczecin Lagoon, is in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers pharmacies, a gas station, a drugstore, and all necessary shopping options. The Szczecin Lagoon at Ueckeründe is about 4 kilometers away, and the sandy beaches of Usedom are about a 30-minute drive away. The location is perfect for escaping the stress of city life—ideal for relaxing your mind and soul and enjoying the peace and harmony of nature. The air quality here is particularly worth mentioning; many people with lung problems experience a significant improvement here. Within a 30-kilometer radius, there is a wide range of recreational activities available, such as zoos, water parks, and amusement parks. The highlight is the guided tour of the bird-breeding island.
