The Space:

This rustic condo has room for the whole family and will no doubt keep you comfortable and feeling right at home. Turn on the gas fireplace for extra warmth and a cozy environment, and head out onto the balcony for forest and river views. After a long day of exploring Eagle River, you can collapse on the couch and wind down with your favorite cable show playing on the large flatscreen TV. What's nearby: A summer vacation can be spent just one and a half miles away at Boat Sport Marina. There, you can rent a boat and spend your days out on one of the many lakes you will have access to for fishing, wakeboarding, and much more. Head three miles west for a day in downtown Eagle River, where you will find stores, restaurants, museums, and more. In northern Eagle River, there are fun activities such as golf at Eagle River Golf Course, or watching an exciting show at the World Championship Derby Complex. Things to know: Free WiFi Shared washer & dryer Full kitchen without a dishwasher *Please note that this is a quiet family neighborhood and no parties are allowed. Great condominium to rent! Has three bedrooms (king upstairs along with the twin room next to it). A full bathroom on each level. A queen basement downstairs with lots of space, and access to the outside porch area. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you would need, and has a deck you can go sit out on! Walking distance to the dollar lake Beach, with the option to drive there as well. Would recommend to anyone visit the Eagle River area with how close it is! If you don't mind driving, it's roughly an hour / hour and a half to Bond Falls, highly recommend going there to walk around and enjoy th sites! I would highly recommend downloading offline maps of the whole area for your GPS as connectivity can be spotty, but inside they do provide Wifi in the unit.

The property was clean, though the interior felt slightly dated. The surrounding area is beautiful, especially in the fall, with vibrant foliage and a peaceful atmosphere. However, one concern was the condition of the electrical outlets. Many were loose and unable to securely hold plugs, which poses a potential fire hazard due to the risk of arcing. I strongly recommend replacing all outdated receptacles and switches to ensure safety and reliability. Additionally, the door lock was difficult to operate, featuring a 10-digit code and an unusual locking mechanism that was not intuitive. I would consider returning in the future, but only after these electrical issues have been addressed.

Amazing stay!

This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! Sparkling clean, wonderful amenities, towels were 5+ hotel quality and it was all set to welcome us. There were nice bath products for our use. Since the temp was way below zero on our arrival, it was great to have a “warm” welcome. Lights were on and the temp was perfect. We all agreed it we will hopefully be able to return next January when we again head to Eagle River for snowmobile races. The area at the rental has beautiful surroundings. Another star for being eco friendly since we are a recycling family. You can’t go wrong with renting this condo. So well maintained! The furnishing lend itself to the surrounding area & the cable was easy. Our only problem was not being able to connect to the WiFi with the code that was supplied. Other then that, everything was amazing!

Affordable stay with a surprise water view!!

This property worked very well for our two families with adult children, 8 in all. The listing didn't mention it, but there is a beautiful view of a beautiful lake across the street!! The unit was very clean. The pictures don't do the place justice! I had orignally picked a different unit becasue it had more kitchen counter space. However, managment had to move us 10 days before our stay due a plumbing issue in the unit I selected that wouldn't be repaired in time for our arrival. Expressing concern about counter space, the manager offered to bring in an extra table which he did and it solved the issue perfectly! Exactly the perfect shape/size for the kitchen! He even offered, be we didn't need it, to bring an extra twin rollaway if this alternate unit didn't have the right sleeping arraingments. So appreached the offer but didn't need it. We had a couple of other minor issues that management was able to address almost immediatley (including mistakenly locking ourselfves out at 10 PM - yikes!). I was so impressed at the speed of resulotions. The location was great for our needs and a short drive into town (Eagle River). There is even a restuarant on the water a very short walk away. We would have eaten there but discovered it too late in our stay. I would stay here again.
