On the same level as the front door are the two bedrooms, each equipped with roller shutters. On the right is the Ocean Room, with a double bed and two single beds in a cozy alcove, and on the left is the Blackberry Room. From this level, a short flight of stairs leads down to the living area. This consists of a living room, modernly furnished with an HD TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and comfortable seating. The kitchen with a dining area is directly adjacent to the living room. In the kitchen, you’ll find a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, four glass-ceramic cooktops, plenty of dishes, and a dishwasher to help you prepare your delicious meals and clean up afterward. The bathroom is located on the lowest level of the house. It is also modernly furnished and invites you to enjoy a relaxing shower. A hair dryer is also provided.

The storage room contains a safe and other items at your disposal.
The modern terrace invites you to linger and enjoy the view. Of course, all light fixtures are equipped with energy-saving bulbs and all faucets with water-saving aerators. The modern heating system is also designed to be environmentally friendly, yet it can still fully meet all your needs.

With the Wi-Fi connection, you can conveniently access the Internet throughout the entire house and send emails with admiring words or photos of Öfingen to your friends, relatives, and business associates.



The Öfingen vacation village is situated in a magnificent location on a steeply sloping foothill of the Southern Black Forest. It offers a wonderful panoramic view across the Baar Plateau— 600-900 s above sea level—with the town of Donaueschingen, all the way to the Feldberg and the Bernese Alps. 

Each of the 130 vacation homes, ranging in size from approximately 40 to 90 m², features 1 to 2 bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., a furnished sun terrace, and a storage room. Includes 1 travel crib and 1 high chair. All vacation homes offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
Centrally located parking spaces ensure that car traffic remains minimal. The kiosk offers fresh bakery items, beverages, newspapers, and magazines.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
