Our 50-square-meter vacation rental in Winterberg-Niedersfeld features modern furnishings, has been freshly renovated for your comfort, and is suitable for 2 adults. You’ll look forward to your vacation right from the start in our cozy vacation rental, which is located in a very quiet setting. A definite highlight is the sunny south-facing balcony with a view of Lake Hillebach and the town of Niedersfeld. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (two separate mattresses) and a TV. In the living area, you’ll find a TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a stove, and a dishwasher. Kitchen linens are included. The newly renovated bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. Of course, free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available. Enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Hillebach and the surrounding mountain landscape. Idyllically situated, Lake Hillebach offers a wide range of activities, including a swimming cove, water skiing, and play areas for all ages. The village features a farm store, a supermarket, a bakery, a gas station, and several restaurants and snack bars. The Brasserie am Kleehagen and the restaurant at Hotel Niedersfeld are within walking distance. Many events in the area—for example, in Winterberg, about 8 km away—invite you to enjoy yourself and linger a while. In addition, the vacation apartments are an ideal starting point for leisurely hikes on the Rothaarsteig as well as cycling and mountain biking tours. You can reach the Fort Fun amusement park, the Bruchhauser Steine, or the Ramsbeck visitor mountain in about 15–20 minutes. The towns of Brilon, Willingen, and Schmallenberg are also great suggestions for a nice day trip. The nearest ski lift (Eschenberg) is 3 km away, and the Winterberg ski resort is 9 km away. The new vacation apartments are suitable for 2 people and feature one bedroom (double bed) and a spacious living-sleeping area (sleep sofa). Free parking and Wi-Fi are available. Both vacation apartments are non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We look forward to your visit. Deposit: 20% upon booking; balance due 14 days before arrival. Payment: by bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted. Short-term stays and monthly rentals are available upon request. The city of Winterberg charges a tourist tax of 2.20 EUR per night for guests aged 16 and older. This fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid before arrival. One pet is allowed for a fee of 8.50 EUR per pet per night. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 25 EUR per stay. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site by arrangement.
