Welcome to Penthouse Apartment No. 827.<br> This penthouse vacation apartment, furnished in a bright, nautical style, is situated in a dreamlike location on the top floor (13th) right on the Sierksdorf Baltic Sea beach and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lübeck Bay.<br>The 133 m² vacation apartment was renovated and completely refurnished in early 2020. When selecting the furnishings, we placed special emphasis on high-quality and cozy furnishings so that you can truly relax during your vacation and have everything you need. The vacation apartment accommodates up to six people for a relaxing vacation right by the sea.<br> The heart of the penthouse is the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The large, ocean-facing window wall (7.50 m) with an adjoining balcony offers a breathtaking panoramic view stretching from Sierksdorf through Scharbeutz and Timmendorf all the way to Lübeck-Travemünde. In the evening, the sea of lights over Lübeck Bay is truly enchanting.<br>The fully equipped kitchenette features, among other things, a large refrigerator, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and an oven.<br>The living area features a seating area with a flat-screen TV (70 inches), a large DVD collection, and a cozy reading nook with a bookshelf. From here, you have access to the private 33 m² balcony, which is equipped with a whirlpool, table, chairs, lounge chairs, and an awning. Here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and soak up the sun from sunrise until the afternoon.<br> The penthouse features two separate bedrooms and a guest room.<br>Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring double beds (180×200 cm) and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep.<br>One bedroom offers a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and access to the balcony. Enjoy this fabulous view of the Baltic Sea as soon as you wake up in the morning and start your day feeling completely relaxed.<br>The second bedroom also has a window facing the sea, but it serves as a walk-through room to the guest room, which features a guest sofa (160x200 cm). All three rooms are equipped with a TV.<br>This means that up to six people can sleep comfortably in the penthouse.<br> The spacious and luxurious bathroom features a bathtub, a large rain shower with side massage jets, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer—leaving nothing to be desired. The toilet is located in a separate room.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach offers ideal conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time. <br><br>The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer.
